Stop being the messenger between your own tools
Copy it from the inbox. Paste it into the CRM. Retype it into the spreadsheet. That was never the job you hired anyone for. We build agents that live inside your tools and do the shuttling, with your approval on anything that matters.
On the call we sketch which of your workflows an agent should own first.
Swivel-chair work has a payroll cost
Nobody budgets for retyping. Slide your numbers and watch what the shuttling between tools quietly costs in a year.
What this means
At 25 tasks a day at 4 minutes each, your team spends about 8.3 hours a week moving information between tools by hand. Over a working year that adds up to about 417 hours.
At 4 minutes each, no single one of these is worth a meeting. The cost is in the count: 25 of them, every working day.
Three levers, ranked by effort
- Write down the five things your team retypes most often, and where each one starts and ends.
- Time one of them tomorrow with your phone, start to finish, and write the number next to it.
- Find the one step on that list nobody downstream actually reads, and stop doing it.
Spread over the year, leaving this alone runs about $1,563 a month, month after month, at the numbers you entered.
Estimate for orientation only, using your slider inputs. Not a quote and not a savings guarantee.
Agents with a short leash
The fear is reasonable: software acting on your business without asking. So every agent we ship is built inside three hard limits.
Scoped access
The agent sees only the systems its job requires, through permissioned connections you can revoke in one click. No blanket access, ever.
Approval gates
Anything consequential, sending, paying, deleting, committing, waits for a human yes. You decide which actions are gated, and the defaults are strict.
Full audit trail
Every read and every action is logged in plain language you can review. When you ask what the agent did on Tuesday, there is an exact answer.
Three agents we would build tomorrow
Composite examples of typical first agents, shown to make the idea concrete. Your first agent comes from your workflow, not this list.
The fine print, answered plainly
What is MCP, in plain English?
MCP is an open standard that lets an AI agent plug into your existing tools the way a USB cable plugs into a laptop. Instead of brittle copy-paste automations, the agent gets a clean, permissioned connection to your CRM, inbox, calendar, or database, and only to the parts you allow.
Can the agent do something we did not approve?
No. Every agent ships with explicit permissions. Reading is scoped to the systems it needs, and consequential actions such as sending, paying, or deleting either require your approval or are switched off entirely. Every action is logged where you can see it.
Which tools can you connect to?
Most modern business tools: CRMs, help desks, email, calendars, accounting packages, spreadsheets, document stores, and databases. If a tool has an API or an MCP server, we can usually wire it in. The scoping call confirms your exact stack.
Where does the agent run and where does our data go?
In accounts you own and control. Your data stays in your systems; the agent reaches in with scoped, revocable credentials. Cancel any time and you keep the whole setup.
How is this priced?
A fixed project price to design, build, and launch the agent, quoted in writing within 48 hours of the scoping call. After launch, an optional monthly plan covers monitoring, fixes, and refinements as your workflow evolves.
Is this a custom AI integration or an off-the-shelf product?
Custom where it counts, standard where it should be. The building blocks are proven: established models, open connection standards like MCP, scoped credentials. The integration itself is designed around your workflow, your tools, and your permissions rather than squeezed into a template, because off-the-shelf automation tends to break at exactly the step where your process differs from everyone else's. The scoping call finds that step first.
Give the shuttling to software
- A workflow map showing where an agent pays back fastest
- One agent, built and wired in with scoped, revocable access
- Approval gates and a full log so nothing moves without you
- A two-week shakedown where we tune it on your real traffic
Free scoping call. If your stack is not ready for an agent, we say so and tell you what to fix first.
