Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, the Plan Administrator reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate any benefit, program, or provision described in this Summary, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, provided, however, that no such amendment, modification, suspension, or termination shall operate to reduce the amount of any benefit accrued by a Participant prior to the effective date thereof, except to the extent required by applicable law, and provided further that notice of any modification deemed material under applicable regulations shall be furnished to Participants not later than sixty (60) days following the date of adoption of such modification.
