You pay three places to make the phone ring. Find out which one actually does.
A separate tracking number for each place you advertise: your maps listing, your website, each ad, the truck door. Every call then shows where it came from, every missed call shows what it cost, and a call coach scores each answered call against five plain rules you can change.

Honest attribution: which source rang, which was answered, which booked, plus a rule-based read of the answering side.
Secret recording or caller scoring. Consent is configured to your states’ laws before anything is recorded, and only your side gets coached. It also does not catch the calls you miss: missed-call text-back does that.
The maps profile rings. The ad mostly does not.
A scripted example running the engine’s own logic: the same attribution and the same five coaching rules our machinery runs, played out.
The maps profile carries the week. The ad costs the most and rings the least: that is a spending decision you can finally make on numbers.
The ring tells you where to spend. The coach tells you why answered calls still leak.
Recording is a law, not a feature.
Call platforms bury this in settings. We put it on the sales page, because it is the first question a careful owner should ask.
How consent is handled
- Recording is OFF until your states’ consent rules are configured: announcement lines where required, off entirely where you prefer.
- The coach can work from typed after-call notes instead of recordings. Slower, zero consent surface.
- Only the ANSWERING side is ever coached. Callers are customers, not material.
How the numbers stay yours
- Tracking numbers are provisioned in YOUR telephony account. Leave us, keep every number.
- Your main published number never changes; tracking numbers forward to it.
- The engine behind this page runs on our own rails and never buys a number by itself: provisioning costs money, and money decisions stay human.
What you get, and who it fits.
Pairs naturally with the AI receptionist and missed-call text-back: tracking tells you which rings matter, those two stop losing them.
Included
- A tracking number per source, provisioned in your account, forwarding to your line.
- The weekly board: rings, answered, missed, booked, per source.
- The coach’s read on the calls you choose, five named rules, findings you can argue with.
- A monthly spending note: what each source costs per booked call.
A strong fit if
- You spend real money in more than one place and cannot say which one books jobs.
- The phone is how your work actually arrives.
- You suspect answered calls are leaking and want the reasons named, not felt.
The questions owners actually ask.
Will tracking numbers hurt my listings?
Done wrong, yes: pasting a different number on every directory breaks the consistency that listings live on. Done right, the tracking number goes only where it can be scoped (ads, the site, print), your published number stays canonical everywhere else, and Listings Guard holds that line.
What does it cost?
A flat monthly amount scoped on the free call, plus the few dollars per number your telephony account charges, which you pay directly and keep. The honest comparison is one month of whatever you spend on the source that turns out not to ring.
Is the coach an AI listening to everything?
No. It is a set of five written rules run over the calls you choose to give it, and every finding names the rule that fired. You can read the rules, change them, or fire one. A score you cannot argue with is a vibe, and we do not sell vibes.
How fast is it live?
Numbers forward the day they are provisioned; the board is meaningful after the first full week. The coach works from the first transcript or note you hand it.
