How it works

Three parts, one quiet system

No platform to learn, no seats to license. We assemble it from pieces that already work.

Your tools

Inbox, CRM, accounting software, calendar, forms. Nothing gets replaced. The system plugs into what you already pay for.

Automation + AI

The automation platform moves the data on schedule. An AI model does the reading, writing, and judgment calls that used to need a person.

A back office that runs

Admin happens on time, every time, with a human approval step exactly where money or reputation is on the line.

1

Audit

Free. We map where the admin hours go and rank workflows by payback speed.

2

Build

Fixed price setup. We build, test against your real data, and train your team in one session.

3

Run

A monthly retainer covers monitoring, fixes, and improvements as your process changes.

Eight services

Pick your worst chore first

Click any card to open that service's full page: what it does, how it runs, and a working demo. Most clients start with one, then add the next once the first pays for itself.

Client onboarding

Welcome emails, intake forms, contracts, and kickoff scheduling fire in sequence the moment a deal closes.

Appointments and no-shows

Confirmations, reminders, and self-serve rescheduling that turn empty slots back into revenue.

Questions

Asked before, answered here

What exactly do you build?

Workflows that run on a self-hosted automation platform, with an AI language model handling the reading, writing, and judgment steps. They connect to the tools you already use: your inbox, CRM, accounting software, calendar, and forms. You own everything we build.

Is this just AI answering on its own?

No. Every workflow includes a human checkpoint where it matters: outgoing money, client-facing wording, and anything legal. Pure hands-off automation is what fails. We design for review, not for hope.

How does an engagement start?

With a free workflow triage. We map where your team's admin hours actually go, pick the two or three workflows with the fastest payback, and quote a fixed setup price plus a monthly retainer for monitoring and improvements.

What does it cost?

Every workflow is scoped to the job and quoted on a free call, setup plus a monthly fee agreed before anything is built. Multi-workflow back offices are quoted after that mapping call. If a workflow will not pay for itself, we will tell you and not build it.

What happens if a workflow breaks?

Every retainer includes monitoring, alerting, and fixes. Workflows log every run, and failures route to us before they route to you. You are never left staring at a broken robot.

Do we need to change our tools?

Almost never. The platform connects to hundreds of common business tools out of the box, and we build custom connections where needed. The point is to automate around your stack, not to replace it.

Start with the free workflow triage
