Every invoice reads itself into your books
Supplier PDFs and email attachments extracted, coded to the right account, and posted at 98% field accuracy. Your team reviews exceptions only.
A sample run on 20 real invoices comes first. We quote only what pays back.

Illustrative extraction on a sample invoice. Confidence thresholds are tuned per client during setup.
Drag the line across invoice day
The left side is how it works now. The right side is the same stack of invoices with nobody typing.
Manual keying, invoice #217 in the pile
- Open the attachment, squint at the scan
- Retype vendor, number, date, every line item
- Alt-tab to the accounting tool, retype it again
- Mis-key $798.50 as $789.50
- Notice three days later, hunt down the error
- Re-check every field on the next ten to be sure
- Guess the expense account, again
- Next invoice. The pile has not shrunk.
Automated flow
- Inbox watched around the clock
- Fields extracted and coded automatically
- Entry posted to your books
- Exceptions queued for one human glance
Hours per month, by invoice volume
Hover or tap a bar. Manual entry scales with volume. Automation does not.
Estimates assume roughly 8 minutes per invoice keyed by hand. The documented case is a single deployment, not a promise.
Three pieces, zero retyping
Nothing new to learn. The system assembles around the tools you already run.
Watched inbox
Every supplier PDF and email attachment lands in one monitored place. Nothing waits for someone to remember.
Extraction and coding
AI reads the fields, matches the vendor, and picks the account code from your own chart of accounts.
Your accounting software
QuickBooks, Xero, or whatever you already run. Posted entries look exactly like your bookkeeper made them.
Books that post themselves
Invoices go from inbox to posted without a keystroke. Only the exceptions wait for a person.
When confidence dips, the invoice waits in a review queue instead of posting, with the original PDF beside the extracted fields. And every run is logged: what arrived, what was read, what posted, who approved. Your audit trail gets better, not worse.
Fix the next chore while you are at it
Asked before, answered here
Which accounting tools does this work with?
QuickBooks, Xero, and similar platforms with an API. The platform connects to the major accounting tools out of the box, and we build a custom connection if yours is unusual. Your books stay the system of record.
What about handwritten notes or awful scans?
Anything below the confidence threshold routes to the review queue instead of posting. A person confirms the field in seconds, and the system learns your vendors, so the same format rarely comes back twice.
How are exceptions handled?
They land in a review queue with the original PDF and the extracted fields side by side. You approve, correct, or reject with one click. Nothing posts to your books without either high confidence or a human yes.
Is our data safe?
Yes. Workflows run on a self-hosted automation platform with your own API keys, so invoice data moves directly between your inbox and your accounting software. Nothing trains on your data, and you own the whole setup.
What does it cost?
A fixed setup price plus a monthly retainer for monitoring and improvements. We quote both after a sample run on your invoices, and if the numbers do not pay back quickly, we will say so and not build it.
See it run on your own invoices
- A sample run on 20 of your real invoices
- Accuracy and hours numbers from your own volume
- A fixed quote with a payback estimate
Starts with the free workflow triage. No retainer until it earns one.
