The delivery apps took money back last month. Nobody read the statements.
Every third-party platform deducts from your payouts: refunds on disputed orders, credits for items a driver says were missing, adjustments for errors that happened on their side. Each platform reports it in its own format on its own payout schedule, so nobody sits down and reconciles them. What you see is a net number in the bank, and you assume it is right.
We read those statements line by line, dispute what was wrongly taken through the platforms' own merchant processes, and you pay a share of what actually comes back. If we find nothing, you owe nothing.
Statement exports only. No logins, no point of sale access, no connection to your bank.
Three steps, and only the first one is yours
The statements, nothing else
Download the payout or transaction statements from each platform you run, for the period you want looked at, and email them over. Most operators do it in one sitting. If you are not sure where the export button lives on a given platform, we send you the click path and you send back the file.
Reconcile, then dispute
Every deduction gets matched back to the order it came from and sorted into three piles: valid, disputable, and unclear. Disputable items are filed through each platform's own merchant dispute flow with the evidence attached. A person reviews every dispute before it is filed, and anything we cannot evidence stays unfiled.
The number that came back
You get one plain summary: what was deducted, what we challenged, what the platforms returned, and what is still pending on their side. Money lands in your normal payouts, from the platform, on their schedule. Nothing routes through us.
The fee is a share of what is actually recovered, agreed in writing before anything is filed. Nothing recovered means nothing owed.
Files you already have, and nothing you have to trust us with
Statement exports
The payout and transaction statements from each delivery platform you run, covering the months you want reviewed. CSV, spreadsheet, or PDF all work. If your bookkeeper already downloads them, they have what we need.
Read-only, by design
We do not ask for merchant portal logins, point of sale access, bank connections, or anything that lets us change a record. You are handing over copies of documents, not keys.
One contact, a few minutes
Somebody who can answer a question when a line item does not make sense: a manager, a bookkeeper, or you. That is the whole time commitment on your side after the files are sent.
Where a platform requires the dispute to be raised from inside your own merchant account, we write the wording and gather the evidence, and your manager pastes it. You stay in control of your accounts throughout.
The questions an operator actually asks
How long does this take?
What if you find nothing?
Is this safe with the platforms? We depend on them.
Do you need access to our systems?
Which platforms do you cover?
Why would money be sitting there in the first place?
Tell us what you run, and we will tell you what to send
This is the front door of our reporting practice. Monthly statements are what we read for a living: the same discipline applied to your books every month is the Business Accelerator, a live dashboard, a monthly close, and a memo that says what the numbers mean.
Rather talk it through first?
Thirty minutes, free, in plain English. Bring one month of statements, or nothing at all, and we will tell you whether an audit is worth your time before you send a single file.
