Your buyers ask an assistant now. Its answer is your new front door.
A search engine hands back a list and lets the buyer browse it. An assistant hands back one answer with a handful of names in it. You are in that answer or you are not, and nothing on your website tells you which.
Most firms selling this will sell you a dashboard of the problem: a monthly report confirming that somebody else keeps getting named. We sell the fix.
Generative engine optimization, in plain language. No guaranteed rankings, because nobody controls them.
Do this before you read any further
Open your favorite assistant and ask it one question
Take thirty seconds. Open whichever AI assistant you already use, and type this, filling in your own words:
who should I hire for [what you do] near [your town]
Read the answer. It will name a few businesses and it will sound confident. If you are not one of them, that is the gap, and it is the whole reason this page exists. Ask it a second way, the way a customer would actually phrase it at eleven at night, and see whether anything changes.
Nothing about that answer is a ranking you can look up. It is assembled from what the assistant can find, verify, and repeat about the businesses in your area. Which means it is changeable, and which is exactly what we work on.
Four things, and three of them are work rather than reports
The visibility read
What the assistants actually say when someone asks for a business like yours, across the phrasings your buyers really use. Whether you are named, how you are described, whether the description is even correct, and which competitors get named in your place. That last part is the uncomfortable one and it is the most useful page in the document.
The fix list, ranked by effort
Everything standing between you and the answer, ordered so the cheap wins come first and you can see what the expensive ones buy before committing.
- Entity and schema work, so a machine can tell who you are, what you do, and where, without guessing
- The llms file, the plain-text summary written for the assistants rather than for a visitor
- Citations and sources an assistant can verify, because unverifiable claims get skipped
- The questions your site never answers in plain words, which is usually the largest gap of the four
The fixes themselves
We do the work rather than hand you a list and wish you luck. Schema written and shipped, the llms file authored and published, source pages built where a claim needs one to stand on, and the unanswered questions answered in the plain words a buyer would use. A person reviews every fix before it goes live on your site.
Re-checks you can read
We ask the same questions again on a schedule and tell you what changed in sentences. You now get named on two of the five phrasings and not on the other three, and here is what we think is holding those three back. No dashboard to log into, no chart to interpret, no metric invented so it has something to show you.
Nobody controls what an assistant says, and any firm promising you a guaranteed answer is selling something it does not own. What we control is whether your business is easy to identify, easy to verify, and easy to quote.
Three plain reasons, and you can check the first one yourself
We did it to our own house first
Every fix on the list is running on the pages you are reading. The entity and schema work is in the source of this page. The llms file is published and current. Claims carry dated source citations, and we keep a public log of the rules we review and when we last checked them. Open any of it before you talk to us. It is a better reference than a testimonial we wrote about ourselves.
We do not fabricate anything
No invented citations, no written reviews, no borrowed statistics, no third-party mentions that do not exist. Partly because it is dishonest, and partly because it is fragile: this whole mechanism rewards claims a machine can check against a real source, so a fake one is a liability parked on your own website.
Monitoring without fixing is a subscription to bad news
A monthly report that your competitor keeps getting named is a description of your problem, billed forever. The read is the cheap part of this work. The fixing is the part that changes the answer, and it is the part most of this market quietly leaves to you.
The questions an owner actually asks
Is this just search optimization with a new name?
Can you guarantee we appear in the answers?
Do you write fake reviews or citations to win an answer?
Why not just buy one of the monitoring tools?
How long before anything changes?
Do you need access to our website?
Tell us what you sell, and we will go ask
The largest gap is usually the questions your site never answers in plain words, and filling that gap is writing: Content & Growth is the lane that keeps it going after the fix list is done.
Rather talk it through first?
